- BA/BS degree.

- Ability to hold peer-level conversations with technical executives and developers.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting pipeline goals.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Ability to operate independently within a structured outbound motion.
- High aptitude for quickly learning complex IT software products.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Mapping: Identify high-potential enterprise businesses and map complex corporate structures.
- Enterprise Multi-Threading: Execute territory plans using phone, email, and social to engage stakeholders.
- Community-Led Outbound Motion: Turn open-source community interest into qualified sales cycles.
- Campaign Development & Alignment: Design and lead account-based outbound campaigns.
- Complex Discovery: Facilitate sales discovery calls and manage prospect handoffs.
- Navigate Enterprise Orgs: Engage with senior IT leadership and business decision-makers.
- Nurture & Build: Guide community users toward enterprise solutions.
- Data Hygiene: Manage lead/prospect activity in Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly outbound quotas.
