Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Experience owning national or multi-region field marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset focusing on ROI and outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work with significant ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Further’s national field marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Identify, prioritize, and tier regional and state-level conferences based on ROI and pipeline potential.
  • Own the annual field marketing calendar and budget across all regions.
  • Manage all aspects of event execution, including sponsorship selection, booth strategy, messaging, staffing, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design field programs that convert conversations into demos and opportunities.
  • Track and report on event-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI by event and region.
  • Act as the face of Further at live events, engaging attendees and facilitating sales introductions.
  • Develop partnerships with regional and state Senior Living associations.
