- Develop and execute Further’s national field marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Identify, prioritize, and tier regional and state-level conferences based on ROI and pipeline potential.
- Own the annual field marketing calendar and budget across all regions.
- Manage all aspects of event execution, including sponsorship selection, booth strategy, messaging, staffing, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Design field programs that convert conversations into demos and opportunities.
- Track and report on event-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI by event and region.
- Act as the face of Further at live events, engaging attendees and facilitating sales introductions.
- Develop partnerships with regional and state Senior Living associations.
