Requirements
- Proven experience building automation workflows with AI tools and integrations
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) setup, configuration, and integration
- Proficiency with Notion (databases, automations, API)
- Proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, CRM automation)
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automated solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work in MST timezone (Monday – Friday)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation workflows using MCP integrations
- Connect and automate processes across Notion and HubSpot
- Support fulfillment, sales, and marketing teams with workflow automation
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and propose automation solutions
- Document workflows and ensure automations are reliable and scalable
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations as tools and requirements evolve
