Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
  • Experience building workflows, lead scoring systems, and nurture sequences
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing funnels
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
  • Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Strong written English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
  • Design scalable automation systems across marketing funnels
  • Execute and A/B test email campaigns
  • Integrate automation systems with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM
  • Manage lead routing, assignment, and sales handoff workflows
  • Maintain clean marketing databases and manage audience segmentation
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
