Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Generalist profile with a focus on campaigns, events, and content.
  • Hands-on experience with events, email marketing, and CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Experience in executing paid, organic, or co-marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage parallel projects in dynamic environments.
  • Data-driven approach to measurement and optimization.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline events, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
  • Manage social media presence and community.
  • Design and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurturing flows.
  • Create and adapt content for various channels and LATAM audiences.
  • Coordinate initiatives with partners, including webinars and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report results such as leads, demos, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and global Marketing teams.
