Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or SaaS sectors.
- Generalist profile with a focus on campaigns, events, and content.
- Hands-on experience with events, email marketing, and CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
- Experience in executing paid, organic, or co-marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Experience working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage parallel projects in dynamic environments.
- Data-driven approach to measurement and optimization.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline events, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
- Manage social media presence and community.
- Design and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurturing flows.
- Create and adapt content for various channels and LATAM audiences.
- Coordinate initiatives with partners, including webinars and co-marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report results such as leads, demos, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and global Marketing teams.
