Requirements
- 3+ years in a business operations, process improvement, or technical enablement role.
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows or AI agents using tools such as n8n, Make, LangChain, or Claude.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering for reliable, structured model outputs.
- Strong ability to perform business process discovery with non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and shipping working prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance leaders to identify high-volume workflows for AI automation.
- Design and build AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms like n8n and Claude.
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to map current workflows and document pain points.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: prototype, test, iterate, and hand off.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities based on business impact.
- Build and run an internal AI Agents enablement program through workshops, templates, and coaching.
