Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)
  • Proven track record of selling into federal government agencies (DoD, Federal Civilian, DHS)
  • Existing relationships with federal decision-makers (CTO, CIO, CISO)
  • Experience building relationships across agencies and systems integrators
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles (e.g., GWACs, IDIQs, SEWP, GSA)
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience managing full sales cycles in complex enterprise or government environments
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand Keeper’s presence across DoD, Federal Civilian, and DHS accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation campaigns, partner engagement, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding mission needs and presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified federal opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, including forecasting and reporting
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure enterprise and government deals
  • Work collaboratively with legal and sales operations teams to develop proposals and execute contracts
  • Engage with systems integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive joint opportunities
