- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 sales closers responsible for converting warm homeowner leads into revenue.
- Drive overall sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across multiple residential service and home improvement offerings.
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, conversion rates, appointment outcomes, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve close rates and maximize average deal value.
- Work closely with appointment-setting teams and call center leadership to ensure a seamless handoff process and strong lead quality.
