Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaleup environments.
  • Proven track record building employer brand in Poland.
  • Deep technical credibility regarding engineering roles, levels, and requirements.
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leaders.
  • Strong data and analytics capability to drive stakeholder decisions.
  • AI-native mindset with experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows.
  • Exposure to HR generalist or People Operations functions.
  • Self-sufficiency and extreme ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineers and other technical roles in Poland.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on hiring strategy and requirements.
  • Design and implement AI-powered recruiting workflows and automations.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies targeting niche Polish tech communities.
  • Drive systemic improvements in the local hiring process.
  • Build and maintain Apollo's employer brand in Poland.
  • Act as a culture carrier and support local employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support People Ops team with HR queries, policy localization, and onboarding.
