- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience in high-growth startup or scaleup environments.
- Proven track record building employer brand in Poland.
- Deep technical credibility regarding engineering roles, levels, and requirements.
- Experience operating as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leaders.
- Strong data and analytics capability to drive stakeholder decisions.
- AI-native mindset with experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows.
- Exposure to HR generalist or People Operations functions.
- Self-sufficiency and extreme ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineers and other technical roles in Poland.
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on hiring strategy and requirements.
- Design and implement AI-powered recruiting workflows and automations.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies targeting niche Polish tech communities.
- Drive systemic improvements in the local hiring process.
- Build and maintain Apollo's employer brand in Poland.
- Act as a culture carrier and support local employee engagement initiatives.
- Support People Ops team with HR queries, policy localization, and onboarding.
