Requirements

  • Led enterprise customer deployments in a forward deployment, implementation leadership, or technical customer success role.
  • Experience driving measurable adoption outcomes in complex, on-site enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture and ability to demo to CTOs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build stakeholder trust.
  • Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, or developing technical talent.
  • Strategic judgment on build-vs-buy/partner deployment models.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead n8n’s Forward Deployment function from scratch.
  • Define criteria for strategic account selection, scoping, and deployment methodology.
  • Lead 5-day on-site engagements with enterprise customers.
  • Codify engagement learnings into repeatable, scalable playbooks.
  • Hire, onboard, and coach technical customer-facing talent.
  • Act as a liaison between customer feedback and product development.
  • Develop automation ROI narratives for enterprise stakeholders.
