Requirements
- Led enterprise customer deployments in a forward deployment, implementation leadership, or technical customer success role.
- Experience driving measurable adoption outcomes in complex, on-site enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and ability to demo to CTOs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build stakeholder trust.
- Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, or developing technical talent.
- Strategic judgment on build-vs-buy/partner deployment models.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead n8n’s Forward Deployment function from scratch.
- Define criteria for strategic account selection, scoping, and deployment methodology.
- Lead 5-day on-site engagements with enterprise customers.
- Codify engagement learnings into repeatable, scalable playbooks.
- Hire, onboard, and coach technical customer-facing talent.
- Act as a liaison between customer feedback and product development.
- Develop automation ROI narratives for enterprise stakeholders.
