- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets (~3+ years).
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts.
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built.
Responsibilities
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across our forward deployment team including solutions engineers and deployment strategists.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
- Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
- Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
- Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience.
- Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.
