Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding journey.
  • Communicate HTB benefits and address business challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings.
  • Maintain accurate customer health records in tools like HubSpot and ChurnZero.
  • Examine usage data to identify trends and risks using Tableau or Looker.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and power users.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues cross-functionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
