Requirements

- Skilled in objection handling and sales process challenges.
- Ability to own Revenue Retention Metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multiple internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding journey.
- Communicate HTB benefits and address business challenges.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer health records in tools like HubSpot and ChurnZero.
- Examine usage data to identify trends and risks using Tableau or Looker.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and power users.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues cross-functionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
