Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts.
  • Lead internal implementation efforts across Product, Member Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
  • Drive marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts.
  • Pull and analyze performance data to communicate results to clients.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive partner growth.
  • Influence key stakeholders through clear external communication.
