Registered Nurse - GI

Execute timely clinical triage for patient-reported symptoms via secure chat, phone, and EHR tasks.
Act as primary incident lead for urgent symptom escalation and 911 critical incident workflows.
Manage, review, and clear high-volume lab and imaging results across clinical inboxes.
Process medication refill requests and pharmacy inquiries according to standing orders.
Provide comprehensive inbox support for APPs during OOO periods or caseload surges.
Collaborate with RDs and BH providers to support multidisciplinary GI care plans.
Monitor inbox metrics and contribute to process improvement and SOP adherence.
