Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or Pyspark
- Familiarity with Github and Databricks
- Experience using sample or panel data to make estimates
- Proven track record of quickly learning new, complex data methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Ownership mentality
Responsibilities
- Own high-impact data deliverables with a focus on accuracy and client value
- Design and maintain comprehensive QA processes for sector products
- Serve as a resource for clients and internal stakeholders regarding data methodologies
- Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues
- Collaborate with Insights and Engineering teams to align on best practices
- Develop technical solutions to streamline workflows and expand automation
- Proactively identify efficiency and robustness improvements
- Mentor peers on best practices
