Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience
- Direct exposure to healthcare data interoperability
- Strong hands-on experience with HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages
- Proficiency in SQL
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Background in analyzing interoperability networks such as Carequality, CommonWell, or eHealthExchange
- Experience with HIE integrations
- Skilled at data visualization and presenting findings
- Strong investigative mindset
- Self-directed project management skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and monitor healthcare facilities for high-quality clinical documents
- Conduct deep-dive analyses mapping structured claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages
- Establish and maintain reporting on ADT coverage across geographic and technical dimensions
- Recommend technical configurations for existing data vendors
- Evaluate potential new data integration technologies via proof-of-concepts
- Determine completeness of documentation for patient encounters
- Develop frameworks for prioritizing facility targets for direct data acquisition
- Inform vendor strategy regarding TEFCA and QHIN adoption
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers on data requirements and pipeline reliability
- Identify and remove operational and technical bottlenecks
