- Proven track record of hiring across marketing, ops, Amazon, product, and leadership roles.
- Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph.
- Experience managing hiring systems in Notion or ClickUp.
- Strong writing ability for job posts and candidate communications.
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Deep understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation.
- Experience operating contractor-centric or distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and freelancer platforms.
- Manage test projects, review submissions, and conduct first-round group interviews.
- Optimize sourcing channels and build 'always hiring' shortlists.
- Manage Glassdoor reviews and employer brand reputation.
- Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports and track KPIs.
- Design and implement systems for engaging, onboarding, and retaining talent.
- Collaborate on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Establish performance expectations and development pathways.
