Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in People Ops, HR execution, Recruiting, and/or employee engagement roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to design systems that balance structure with human-centered care
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to implement people systems
- Alignment with Overflow's mission and values
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of People to integrate HR policies with employee experience initiatives
- Support the development and execution of people policies and infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle
- Manage employee status and supporting data via Notion and Gusto
- Execute the culture onboarding program
- Steward recognition programs and manage staff gifting through Bonusly
- Manage end-to-end logistics for staff development gatherings and all-staff retreats
- Own full budget management for events and maintain People Team budget hygiene
- Ensure IT infrastructure is functioning and manage employee electronic property
