Requirements

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in People Ops, HR execution, Recruiting, and/or employee engagement roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to design systems that balance structure with human-centered care
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to implement people systems
  • Alignment with Overflow's mission and values

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of People to integrate HR policies with employee experience initiatives
  • Support the development and execution of people policies and infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage employee status and supporting data via Notion and Gusto
  • Execute the culture onboarding program
  • Steward recognition programs and manage staff gifting through Bonusly
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for staff development gatherings and all-staff retreats
  • Own full budget management for events and maintain People Team budget hygiene
  • Ensure IT infrastructure is functioning and manage employee electronic property
