Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations and Systems
- At least 5 years specifically focused on Workday administration
- Track record of managing and developing a team of People professionals
- Deeply knowledgeable and adept in Workday (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking)
- Experience with other People systems such as Google Workspace, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, and Glean
- Strategic thinker capable of multi-year roadmap planning
- Highly organized with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience managing workflows for thousands of employees in a high-paced, high-growth environment
- Skilled in technical support, enablement, and building internal knowledge centers
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design strategic People Systems suite, including Workday optimizations in partnership with our People Systems' Engineer
- Improve technology in order to scale Headway's lifecycle operations
- Manage and develop a team of People systems and operations professionals
- Partner cross-functionally to visualize and plan system integrations and workflows
- Scope roadmaps and timelines focused on simplicity, efficiency, and AI adoption
- Develop and lead Change Adoption programs and training resources
- Evaluate service delivery success and maintain benchmarks for resolution
- Continuously iterate and improve People team workflows
- Assess, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms
