Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in payroll.
- Hands-on exposure to at least two of the four target countries (UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Australia).
- Knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations (PAYE/RTI, Dutch wage tax, Czech social/health insurance, Australian STP/superannuation).
- Experience working with EOR providers.
- Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS.
- Strong data and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines across time zones.
- Professional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove, support experience for day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Process monthly payroll for employees in the UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Australia.
- Monitor and audit payroll activity across EOR-managed employee populations via Remote.
- Maintain compliance with statutory changes across jurisdictions.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare GL journal entries.
- Support HRIS-to-payroll workflows between BambooHR and Remote.
- Support administration of country-specific benefits.
