Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales engineering or other customer-facing technical role in CDN, security, networking, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently.
- Highly driven, curious, team-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to Menlo Security solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
- Develop and present tailored customer presentations at various organizational levels.
- Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
- Create professional content, including white papers and blog posts.
- Represent and evangelize Menlo Security at industry events.
