Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales engineering or other customer-facing technical role in CDN, security, networking, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently.
  • Highly driven, curious, team-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to Menlo Security solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
  • Develop and present tailored customer presentations at various organizational levels.
  • Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
  • Create professional content, including white papers and blog posts.
  • Represent and evangelize Menlo Security at industry events.
