Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical, customer success, or support role.
- Ability to influence stakeholders with technical sales acumen and business process understanding.
- Expertise in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience with technical consulting, cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, computer networking, and automation/control systems.
- Knowledge of integration standards including XML, REST, SOAP, and EDI.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs between SaaS applications.
Responsibilities
- Support senior-level sellers in growing existing customers or winning new ones.
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate live proof-of-concept trials.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop the platform.
- Manage projects and build process improvements and automation for the SE team.
- Conduct testing of alpha products/features.
- Maintain a clear focus on retiring quota.
- Demonstrate product value via on-site, remote, or field event presentations.
