Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to lead technical evaluations.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with cloud governance (IAM, policies, compliance, FinOps).
- Knowledge of authentication frameworks (SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, RBAC).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Calm under pressure during technical demonstrations.
- Proficiency using AI tools to assist in sales preparation.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% for prospect meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls and technical evaluations end-to-end.
- Run product demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder needs.
- Partner with the broader Solutions team on deals.
- Build business cases and quantify the problem for prospects.
- Translate technical capabilities into language for non-technical buyers.
- Anticipate and address prospect objections.
- Develop reusable demo flows and discovery frameworks.
- Translate prospect feedback into product insight.
