Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven ability to lead technical evaluations.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with cloud governance (IAM, policies, compliance, FinOps).
  • Knowledge of authentication frameworks (SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, RBAC).
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Calm under pressure during technical demonstrations.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to assist in sales preparation.
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% for prospect meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery calls and technical evaluations end-to-end.
  • Run product demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with the broader Solutions team on deals.
  • Build business cases and quantify the problem for prospects.
  • Translate technical capabilities into language for non-technical buyers.
  • Anticipate and address prospect objections.
  • Develop reusable demo flows and discovery frameworks.
  • Translate prospect feedback into product insight.
