Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Engineering experience.
- Demonstrable success in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cloud Security, PAM, or App GRC.
- Understanding of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and Cloudformation.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in technical document creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations for enterprise solutions.
- Communicate solution value effectively to business and technical audiences.
- Perform needs assessment, consultation, and customer support.
- Respond to RFx inquiries in collaboration with global bid teams.
- Prioritize and manage regional opportunities to drive closure.
- Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management.
- Coach and mentor Sales Engineers on demonstrations and strategy.
