Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Experience supporting the sales of enterprise cybersecurity, storage, or cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture (multi-tiered, cloud, hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and governance.
- Expertise in infrastructure architectures including FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN, and virtualization.
- Familiarity with cloud/hybrid environments: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware.
- Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with modern architectures: microservices, containers, Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies, including Python.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to enterprise customers, prospects, and channel partners.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business drivers and security challenges.
- Architect and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Design, deploy, and manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical sales strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution recommendations.
- Contribute to or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Deliver partner enablement and technical training to resellers and integrators.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
