Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or GTM strategy at high-growth tech companies
- Experience owning systems, processes, and analytics across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Strong analytical foundation and experience building models
- Proven track record of building GTM infrastructure from early stage
- Experience with annual planning, target-setting, and forecasting
- Working knowledge of the GTM technology landscape (CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, data enrichment, billing)
- Ability to evaluate vendor tradeoffs and own implementation
- Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working with founders in resource-constrained environments
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate productivity
Responsibilities
- Define AI-first revenue architecture and GTM motion
- Own revenue metrics, target-setting, forecasting, and performance management
- Translate business strategy into operational systems, processes, and data infrastructure
- Lead and develop a high-leverage team
- Design an AI-first GTM stack with clean data schema
- Evaluate and recommend solutions across CRM, billing, marketing automation, and workflow automation
- Build pipeline management and sales effectiveness infrastructure
- Establish marketing funnel, attribution, and lead routing infrastructure
- Design CS operational workflows for onboarding and health scoring
