- Proven commercial leadership experience in high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue across new business, expansion, and retention.
- Experience leading and elevating sales or commercial teams.
- Hands-on experience in strategic deal navigation and closing complex opportunities.
- Strong pipeline creation instincts across prospecting and partner channels.
- Experience expanding premium/strategic customers with multi-threaded engagement.
- Strong partner management instincts.
- Experience selling B2B solutions where AI is central to the value proposition.
- Practical understanding of AI application in commercial motions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or similar commercial tools.
Responsibilities
- Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to improve performance and accountability.
- Execute regional scaling motions, including pipeline generation and account strategy.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to shape and close complex deals.
- Drive expansion across premium customers via whitespace identification and account planning.
- Strengthen partner relationships to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Represent the North American market voice to internal Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
- Position AI capabilities effectively with North American customers.
