  • Proven commercial leadership experience in high-growth B2B technology companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Experience leading and elevating sales or commercial teams.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic deal navigation and closing complex opportunities.
  • Strong pipeline creation instincts across prospecting and partner channels.
  • Experience expanding premium/strategic customers with multi-threaded engagement.
  • Strong partner management instincts.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions where AI is central to the value proposition.
  • Practical understanding of AI application in commercial motions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or similar commercial tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to improve performance and accountability.
  • Execute regional scaling motions, including pipeline generation and account strategy.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers to shape and close complex deals.
  • Drive expansion across premium customers via whitespace identification and account planning.
  • Strengthen partner relationships to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Represent the North American market voice to internal Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
  • Position AI capabilities effectively with North American customers.
