Requirements

  • Proven commercial leadership experience in a high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Track record of owning revenue across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Experience leading and elevating an existing sales or commercial team.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic deal navigation and closing.
  • Strong pipeline creation instincts across prospecting, partners, and account expansion.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions where AI is central to the value proposition.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or similar commercial tools.
  • Ability to position AI around business outcomes and workflow transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to raise performance standards.
  • Set and execute regional scaling strategies and operating rhythm.
  • Engage with strategic customers and prospects to shape and close opportunities.
  • Drive expansion across premium customers via account planning and whitespace identification.
  • Strengthen partner-led routes to market.
  • Represent the North American market voice internally to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
