Requirements
- 3+ years end-to-end event production experience.
- Track record producing executive-grade experiences.
- Experience with Sales and customer-facing teams on named accounts.
- Experience managing six-figure budgets and SOW discipline.
- Experience with on-site execution under pressure.
- Proficiency in event tech tools like Cvent or Splash.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong project management discipline.
- Experience with post-event measurement (pipeline, NPS, engagement).
- Enterprise B2B context in data or AI preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create unique Rev experiences across Philadelphia, NYC, and London.
- Produce exclusive executive experiences including dinners, advisory boards, and strategy sessions.
- Lead GTM Kickoff and Mid-Year Business Review in partnership with the executive team.
- Run the company SWAG and corporate gifts program.
- Support executive engagements in strategic accounts including EBRs and briefings.
- Support Vertical Marketing on priority industry events.
