Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- 5+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
- Strong understanding of Oncology and Rare Disease development markets.
- Proficiency in IT tools and systems relevant to the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Review and recommend improvements for current account development processes, messaging, and technologies.
- Establish account development production expectations and metrics aligned to corporate goals.
- Collaborate with Business Development leadership for performance review, mentoring, and team development.
- Hold weekly territory outreach planning calls for Tier 2 accounts.
- Identify well-aligned potential clients and key stakeholders using research tools.
- Create improved outreach messaging to increase client response and interactivity.
- Develop and deploy territory and account strategies.
- Manage CRM data entry in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Mentor and train new members of the Inside Sales team.
