Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Strong understanding of Oncology and Rare Disease development markets.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and systems relevant to the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review and recommend improvements for current account development processes, messaging, and technologies.
  • Establish account development production expectations and metrics aligned to corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership for performance review, mentoring, and team development.
  • Hold weekly territory outreach planning calls for Tier 2 accounts.
  • Identify well-aligned potential clients and key stakeholders using research tools.
  • Create improved outreach messaging to increase client response and interactivity.
  • Develop and deploy territory and account strategies.
  • Manage CRM data entry in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Mentor and train new members of the Inside Sales team.
