Requirements
- 10+ years of HR business partnering experience in fast-changing environments.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
- Strong AI fluency including hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis and scenario planning.
- Strong strategic workforce planning capability.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using people and business data.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders within Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance.
- Lead organizational design, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
- Lead strategic and operational workforce planning and capability planning.
- Guide leaders through AI-related workforce change and redesign workflows.
- Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and change readiness.
- Use people data and AI-enabled insights to influence leadership decisions.
- Streamline HRBP workflows using AI tools and automation.
- Partner with leaders to assess talent and strengthen succession pipelines.
