Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR business partnering experience in fast-changing environments.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
  • Strong AI fluency including hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis and scenario planning.
  • Strong strategic workforce planning capability.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using people and business data.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders within Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance.
  • Lead organizational design, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
  • Lead strategic and operational workforce planning and capability planning.
  • Guide leaders through AI-related workforce change and redesign workflows.
  • Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and change readiness.
  • Use people data and AI-enabled insights to influence leadership decisions.
  • Streamline HRBP workflows using AI tools and automation.
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent and strengthen succession pipelines.
