Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Direct experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders.
  • Think in systems, not silos.
  • Business-first mindset balancing operational rigor with commitment to people and culture.
  • Track record of leading organizations through change.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into a clear People agenda that proactively identifies risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team.
  • Equip HRBPs with tools, operation model, and support.
  • Mature the Shared Services model into a high-scale, data-driven team.
  • Ensure operational excellence across core processes.
  • Design processes, workflows, and handoffs that eliminate friction.
  • Continuously evolve the model based on business needs, scale, and feedback.
