Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise senior leadership with confidence and credibility.
- Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional HR initiatives with a balance of strategy and execution.
- Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, DEI, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform people decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with adaptability across audiences.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams and functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to define and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring organizational effectiveness and scalability.
- Lead and deliver cross-functional HR programs such as organizational design, performance management, workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and talent reviews.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders on team performance, leadership development, employee engagement, and career growth.
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives that improve agility, efficiency, and cultural alignment.
- Identify talent gaps, succession risks, and capability needs, translating insights into actionable workforce planning strategies.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to design and implement scalable, inclusive, and data-driven people programs.
- Support the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, adapting them to business unit needs and ensuring strong adoption.
- Champion culture and values while continuously improving HR processes, tools, and ways of working.
