  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a culture of excellence by driving initiatives that elevate performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Advise and coach managers on leadership best practices and team performance optimization.
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues, including large-scale reorganizations.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.
  • Analyze HR metrics including turnover, diversity, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to cross-functional leaders to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR systems like compensation and performance management.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues.
  • Shape human capital strategies that drive long-term business goals.
