- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments (agency, consulting, tech, or professional services).
- Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Adept at working in a matrixed environment.
- Action-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of employment law.
Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of excellence by driving initiatives that elevate performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide expert guidance on change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Advise and coach managers on leadership best practices and team performance optimization.
- Oversee complex employee relations issues, including large-scale reorganizations.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.
- Analyze HR metrics including turnover, diversity, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
- Serve as a senior advisor to cross-functional leaders to ensure strategy alignment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR systems like compensation and performance management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues.
- Shape human capital strategies that drive long-term business goals.
