Requirements

  • 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience helping organizations grow from early stage to scale.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build trust across functions and leadership styles.
  • Excellent manager coaching experience, including performance management, ER, and org change.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using people data and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and applying emerging HR technology.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on AI-powered tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platforms.
  • Sound judgment on employee relations, compliance, and sensitive matters.
  • Familiarity with employment law and practical HR compliance.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional people operations a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into thoughtful people strategies.
  • Coach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational change.
  • Support key people moments: hiring planning, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management.
  • Partner on compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking.
  • Use people data to identify trends and risks, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging HR technology to improve workflows and scale people operations.
  • Drive scalable people programs aligned with core values and business needs.
  • Partner on talent planning, workforce planning, succession, and org design.
  • Guide performance management processes and support leaders in making sound talent decisions.
