- Strong program management acumen
- Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and execution
- Expertise in building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders.
- Design and execute progressive talent strategies for client groups.
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Lead organizational design and change efforts.
- Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements in team health and productivity.
- Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end.
- Champion culture, employee experience, and inclusion.
- Manage program management for people team initiatives and roadmap.
