- Experience with organizational and cultural transformation
- Strong program management acumen
- Expertise in building trusting relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders
- Design and execute progressive talent strategies for client groups
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Lead organizational design and change efforts
- Use data and insights to identify trends and drive measurable improvements
- Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end
- Champion culture and employee experience
- Manage overall program management for people team initiatives
- Collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting functions
- Address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues
