  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies.

  • Enthusiasm for learning new, complex domains.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions.
  • Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials.
  • Own data, analytics, and measurement of sales enablement programs, defining KPIs to assess effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to identify training and content priorities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
  • Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure sales team success.
