- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies.

- Enthusiasm for learning new, complex domains.
- Team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions.
- Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials.
- Own data, analytics, and measurement of sales enablement programs, defining KPIs to assess effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to identify training and content priorities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
- Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure sales team success.
