Requirements

  • At least 9 months of BPO Collections experience (International) or 1 year of BPO Sales experience (US).
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Ability to operate dialer systems effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • PC with Windows 11, Intel Core i5 or higher (2.0 GHz+), 8GB RAM, 80GB free storage.
  • Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
  • Webcam.
  • Hardwired internet connection with 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed.

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to secure debt recovery.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payments.
  • Utilize dialers for outbound calling operations.
