Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Sales & Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Ability to handle high-volume, multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn new product and company information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Triage customer queries by assessing urgency and routing issues.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
  • Build rapport with customers to recommend suitable products or upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Leverage company systems to meet sales targets.
  • Educate customers about promotions and new product launches.
  • Follow up on website leads and quotes.
  • Document interactions to support service improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members.
