- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- High digital-affinity and comfort with new software and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Discover new salon partners using various digital channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
- Build relationships through telephone outreach and personal visits.
- Present the Treatwell SaaS solution and marketplace effectively.
- Negotiate and close contracts with beauty business owners.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve a target of at least 10 new salon partners per month.
