Responsibilities
- Identify expansion potentials in existing accounts
- Proactive outreach and online consulting
- Upsell and cross-sell software and services to generate subscription revenue
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on qualified online customer meetings
- Execute end-to-end sales process from qualification to closing
- Manage daily activities based on KPIs
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline status
- Collaborate with field sales, CS, and marketing teams
