Responsibilities

  • Identify expansion potentials in existing accounts
  • Proactive outreach and online consulting
  • Upsell and cross-sell software and services to generate subscription revenue
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on qualified online customer meetings
  • Execute end-to-end sales process from qualification to closing
  • Manage daily activities based on KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline status
  • Collaborate with field sales, CS, and marketing teams
