Responsibilities

  • Resolve Tier 1 IT support tickets with adherence to SLA standards.
  • Manage user account provisioning and access requests.
  • Perform hardware and software deployment, including workstation setup.
  • Update and create internal knowledge base documentation.
  • Lead IT onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose prevention or resolution plans.
  • Contribute to internal IT process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver peer training on IT tools and support processes.
