Requirements

- Proficiency with technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to support non-technical users in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 1 IT support tickets with adherence to SLA standards.
- Manage user account provisioning and access requests.
- Perform hardware and software deployment, including workstation setup.
- Update and create internal knowledge base documentation.
- Lead IT onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose prevention or resolution plans.
- Contribute to internal IT process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver peer training on IT tools and support processes.
