Requirements

  • Solid macOS administration experience.
  • Terminal comfort for reading logs.
  • Experience with MDM tools like Kandji or Jamf.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace, SSO).
  • Ability to prioritize work without hand-holding.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted development tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker or containers.
  • Networking fundamentals including VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage macOS fleet via Kandji MDM including deployments and policies.
  • Act as gatekeeper for access management including onboarding, offboarding, and SSO.
  • Support Slack and Jira-based IT requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with SRE team on infrastructure awareness and escalations.
  • Document runbooks, processes, and internal guides.
  • Support Windows and Linux users.
  • Automate common requests to reduce toil.
