Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, sales enablement, or related roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail regarding deadlines, compliance, and formatting.
- Proven ability to translate technical or operational information into clear business language.
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HubSpot.
- Ability to work during core U.S. business hours.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Monitor municipal, state, federal, and private procurement portals to identify bid opportunities.
- Manage vendor registrations and compliance documentation across procurement portals.
- Build response timelines and track internal owners for RFP inputs.
- Draft and edit high-quality proposal responses aligned with buyer priorities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and other departments to gather technical and operational content.
- Develop and maintain a centralized RFP content library.
- Ensure final proposals are accurate, polished, and submitted on time.
