Requirements

  • Proven experience driving expansion within complex enterprise accounts.
  • Success managing $100k–$500k+ ACV enterprise customer portfolios.
  • Comfortable owning a quota tied to retention and expansion.
  • Skilled in navigating complex org charts and buying committees.
  • Ability to interpret ambiguous signals into clear action plans.
  • Analytical fluency in metrics and performance data.
  • Conceptual grasp of SaaS products and technical tradeoffs.
  • Working knowledge of consumer marketing frameworks.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary relationship owner across customer organizations from practitioners to C-suite.
  • Guide customers in scaling engagement marketing programs using Localytics analytics.
  • Evangelize platform across business units and departments to expand adoption.
  • Establish and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer objectives.
  • Drive complex expansions involving multiple stakeholders and buying centers.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer needs.
  • Identify and neutralize churn risks and competitive threats proactively.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise account management playbooks.
