Requirements

  • Strong understanding of media planning, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Experience with CTV, OLV, or programmatic advertising (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Develop strategic media plans and campaign recommendations.
  • Own the client onboarding process and establish success frameworks.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and strategic business reviews.
  • Partner with Account Executives during sales opportunities for solution design.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Creative Optimization Specialists.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and long-term growth.
  • Develop scalable onboarding and planning processes.
