- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, programmatic media, client strategy, or account planning.
- Strong understanding of media planning, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations.
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience with CTV, OLV, or programmatic advertising (nice-to-have).
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Develop strategic media plans and campaign recommendations.
- Own the client onboarding process and establish success frameworks.
- Create executive-ready presentations and strategic business reviews.
- Partner with Account Executives during sales opportunities for solution design.
- Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Creative Optimization Specialists.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and long-term growth.
- Develop scalable onboarding and planning processes.
