Requirements

- 5+ years experience serving in a delivery leadership or client-facing oversight role on Workday engagements
- Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to public sector executives
- Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or related modules
- Ability to work standard East Coast hours
- Executive presence and consultative instincts
Responsibilities
- Own the executive client relationship for a portfolio of Meridian’s public sector accounts
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for agency and district leadership
- Conduct regular executive business reviews (EBRs) to align on outcomes
- Maintain visibility into the health of active engagements as an executive sponsor
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities within your account portfolio
- Partner with Client Development Executive to advance expansion opportunities
- Contribute to proposal development and orals presentations
- Bring client feedback back to practice leadership to inform service development
- Mentor Client Success Advisors
