Requirements
- 10+ years of client facing experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar
- Record of achievement in the public sector
- Expertise in renewals, up-selling, and developing relationships with senior level officials and executives
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial intuition and judgment
- Growth mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work as a team player and mentor
- Must be willing to travel 25-50% as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to assist them in setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying partner pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations
- Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue
- Strategically navigate your market’s unique landscape to build compelling, data-driven business cases
- Be a thought partner to clients by educating and consulting with them to develop regional transit plans
